Los Ministerios de Cultura y Exteriores han formalizado en el Congreso un acuerdo para impulsar la acción cultural exterior fuera de España. Está previsto que ambas instituciones organicen conjuntamente, a partir de septiembre, todas las iniciativas internacionales en ese campo.
