El Gobierno propone rebajar a 1.200 euros el llamado canon de reventa de arte, cifrado en la actualidad en 3.000 euros. Si el proyecto sale adelante en el Congreso, también podría dejar de ser obligatorio que una sociedad de gestión de derechos se ocupe de las compra-ventas.
